Finelevate360 and Macedonia2025 sign a Memorandum of Cooperation
Finelevate360 and Macedonia2025 signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. It aims to strengthen support for digital transformation, innovation and modern financial services, and to better connect companies, institutions, experts and international networks.

Viktor Krstevski, Founder and CEO of Finelevate360, and Prof. Dr. Nikica Mojsoska-Blazevski, CEO of Macedonia2025, signed the Memorandum.
Through this cooperation, the two organisations commit to building a more innovative, competitive and digitally prepared economy. Their activities will focus on the financial sector, fintech, small and medium-sized enterprises, technology companies and the wider business community.
The cooperation will include knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, support for educational and professional activities, and promotion of innovation. It will also connect participants with relevant experts and companies and create practical opportunities to develop new digital services and business models.
The two organisations will focus on topics of strategic importance for the market’s future: digital transformation in the financial sector, fintech, digital identity and trust services, artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, e-services, digital channels and modern customer experiences.
Challenges for a small market
The meeting also opened a broader discussion on systemic challenges facing the Macedonian economy. These lie mainly in cooperation between companies, the joint development of new services and limited capacity to invest in innovation.
The discussion emphasised that small markets, such as the Macedonian market, cannot develop only through isolated initiatives and the individual efforts of separate companies. Faster development of modern digital services, financial technologies and new business models requires more trust, partnerships, knowledge sharing and a joint approach to market opportunities.
The discussion also turned to the challenges foreign investors and companies face when entering the Macedonian market. These include procedures for opening bank accounts, managing financial processes and administrative barriers. Simpler, more digital and more efficient solutions are needed.
The discussion also covered cultural challenges in business cooperation. A long-term approach based on trust and a “win-win” logic is often missing. Instead of partnerships in which all parties create value, part of the market still moves toward short-term “win-lose” approaches. In some situations, it even moves toward outcomes in which all parties ultimately lose.
For this reason, Finelevate360 and Macedonia2025 see this cooperation as an opportunity to promote a different approach: one based on partnership, joint development, open dialogue and practical support for companies. The aim is to create the conditions for a more innovative, competitive and open economy.
In their words
“North Macedonia has knowledge, talent and companies with potential, but as a small market we must build much more through cooperation, trust and the joint development of services. We cannot always expect each company to carry all investments, risks and innovation on its own. We need more win-win partnerships, more practical support for investors and companies that want to create value, and greater readiness to jointly build solutions that will be competitive beyond our market,” said Viktor Krstevski, Founder and CEO of Finelevate360.
“Macedonia2025 continuously works on connecting knowledge, leadership, the diaspora and the business community in the direction of economic development and greater competitiveness. Cooperation with Finelevate opens space for joint activities in areas that are essential for the future of companies and the economy: digitalisation, innovation, financial technologies and the development of modern skills,” said Prof. Dr. Nikica Mojsoska-Blazevski, CEO of Macedonia2025.
The Memorandum lays the foundation for future joint activities, events, expert discussions, research, knowledge programmes and initiatives. Together, they aim to accelerate digital transformation and make Macedonian companies more competitive.
Through this partnership, Finelevate360 and Macedonia2025 commit to creating value through cooperation, knowledge and practical initiatives. Their shared goal is a modern, innovative and digitally oriented economy.
